RESEARCH AND
DEVELOPMENT:
Today we develop all new models in Denmark using advanced, and to some degree own developed, simulation tools and models.
Once our modelling is giving the desired result we transfer the design to our China site for first build and production validation. This setup and use of modulation is reducing our time to market and is helping our customers to finalize their designs quicker.
SERVICES:
Today we consider ourselves as more than just a manufacturer of acoustic components.
We present ourselves as an ‘acoustic solution’ provider. It means that we offer full design help to our customers to help them integrate and optimize the performance of our components. This assistance includes a broad range of services such as recommendation of front-back cavities, size and type of front holes as well as general ‘trouble shooting’ assistance when and if required. This design service we offer as integrated part of our business and hence is why we consider ourselves as a ’solution provider´.
CERTIFICATION:
Our manufacturing site in China is applying the strictest applicable quality standards and procedures and the site
is ISO9001 and ISO14000 approved. We also apply the industry’s strongest outgoing test standard whereby we perform a 100% automatic check of 7 different parameters of the transducer enabling us to guarantee that the shipped parts is meeting our customers expectations and standards.
